I watched the whole clip, and they don't actually even claim he's trying to hide anything. Del Percio claims "it looks like" he's trying to hide medical records, but they don't cite any actual request for records that anyone has been denied. So they really just used an inflammatory headline to get views!

We just saw a President that looked like he was on his deathbed during a debate. The People have every right to request that not only all his medical records be released, but that he undergo thorough brain scans and cognitive tests to determine if we should take the nuke codes away from him by invoking the 25th amendment. BTW, who thinks Biden can remember any codes that he is required to remember before launching any nuclear attack? He won’t be able to remember his own names within a few months. He is a danger to world peace, an imminent danger!
