The African people have the potential and the great minds they just need to focus on their own country and build it up piece by piece. Then maybe we can learn about how they turned everything around. If you look up the syllabus for the course, everything he brings up is in Unit 4: Movements and Debates. Nothing that he listed is being taught as an absolute fact; it's all about stances various groups and individuals have taken, which is important to address in a history class.

Obviously their 1st Amendment rights cannot be violated so they still have freedom of religion, assembly, speech, petition, and press. If you actually read the district rules you’d understand since students are minors then we can sometimes loose our right to free speech if it is offensive or disrupts learning. In my opinion things unrelated to school need to be kept out of it.
