This remembers me of good old times in Sims 2 Open for Business, where you could have your own shop on your own lot. Ahh! I wished it would still work as easily as it did back then :(

There are some complications though: if you want to make a store in your house, customers will just come in and buy what they want, you won't have any business-related conversations with them. There're also mods for live-in restaurant, night club, vet, daycare and pet daycare. I don't remember the Modder though, sorry, but a simple search should be enough.

Okay, I'm going to have to go through your backlog because that's one of the most appealing builds I've seen in a while. The exterior alone has so much character and personality to it. The little realism touches are great, and it really feels like specific people are living in there. (And the alleyway! I love that touch.)

Hello, lovely build. Finally you're here!
