Another successful activation to Mt. Oobora in Shizuoka prefecture. It is located near Mt. Fuji and Yamanakako lake. The summit is always foggy when I visited the summit as humid wind from Yamanakao lake may play a role. Many QSOs on 7MHz band but no contact in 14 and 21MHz bands. I may need more precision tuning by adjusting antenna wire. I also brought a scale to measure the weight of PT box so that I can estimate the length of deployed wire with ease.
