Thanks for the video! I have a better idea what to expect when I’ll go in October! I have a question, did you guys trained something specific that would help to climb mt rinjani? I know you need to be relatively fit but any suggestions? Thanks!

You’re welcome ! Thanks for watching. Yes we were training before we went on some hills and hikes with some elevation. If you don’t have any of that near you, then training on stairs work fine too
