Frozen Donut ....If you're doing west end of Rundle it will be a good prep for Temple.

The one at 3:40 is just a little crossover not really a rockband. The one at 4:00 is just some rock you climb up through to get to the CRUX section where you scramble up. There are several different paths here you can take up to the CRUX. At 4:50 or so we climb up through the toughest part. You can see there are a couple of guys ahead of us that are taking the route that most people take. It is harder than the route where we are which is roughly 20 feet or so to the left of it. Most people don't take this route as it isn't clear until you start climbing up it. Very easy to ascend and descend. I've done both routes.

Good to know! I made it up the first rockband but my girlfriend wasn't feeling comfortable so we came back down. Hoping to go again soon and do the whole thing, still curious about what to expect after the first rockband haha

Thanks for this tip Harlan. I read this before I climbed Temple this past week. I went up and down the chimney you show at the 6 minute mark. It was pretty easy and less exposed.
