MTA NYCT Bus: St. George Terminal Bus Madness in the Heavy Windy Rain

Another visit at St. George Terminal but in this heavy rain. Don't worry guys I had a umbrella for myself and the cam lol. It's was raining like crazy though and windy too wow.
Anyway Recording a 6min video of the 1999 OBI Orion V, 2008-09 Orion VII NG, 2011 Orion VII 3G,& 2015 Nova-LFS, & a ELDorado BRT College of Staten Island Bus.
It's was raining pretty bad but I enjoy it lol.
Correct me if i'm wrong but I think I recorded all the St. George Terminal buses.
Connection for the Staten Island Ferry (SIF) to Manhattan.
Connection for the Staten Island Rail (SIR) to Tottenville.

still good filming,I think its best to film in the wet,then you dont get problems with the sun etc.

Why do theses buses say MTA Bus and MTA NYCT Bus it has to be one or the other...

Calvin SI doesn't have any MTA Bus routes though, only NYCT

Oh ok great..how come there no lfs on the s53?? Never seen any not even on bustime

Because their doing that pilot program on the S53/S93 with the bike racks and you notice that all the Orion VII 3G with the bike racks are only assign to the S52/S93. So no LFS or Orion V on those routes for a while.

And with all of those buses, MTA is still running the SIR? Why? What does it do that all of those buses don't do? If the answer is nothing, i have to assume that SIR is nothing more than a sop to the employees and the unions.

Must of those buses are northbound buses and besides the S78 Bus there's really no buses south of Staten Island that's one of the main reasons the SIR is still around. They used to have an SIR that serve north of Staten Island.
