In May, a total of 3 pilot units - 9192, 9198 and 9201 - were delivered to LaGuardia Bus Depot, as a beginning to their late, yet big Nova Bus LFS order that is to extend throughout the rest of the year, once most if not all LaGuardia bus operators are fully accustomed to the fleet. While Baisley Park and JFK had started their orders for this fleet long prior to LaGuardia's, much of their orders nearly being completed due to priority and replacement for their 2006-2007 Orion VII fleets (all now retired), and 2008/2009-2010 Orion VII Next Generations, LaGuardia's allotment will replace the entire remaining fleet of Next Generations that make up the majority of the depots local fleet, even since the completion of the 2024 New Flyer XD40 order, which focused on filling in empty spaces from the retirement of the 2006-2007 Orion VII 2G+ fleet, but also many NG's as well. #mtabus
