So unlucky to find that hidden dirt mound in the middle the bend. All I can say is well done guys, and get well soon. @@PinnedTV If it suits you, please keep in touch with us as and when, as you progress. When you did your hand, your updates were helpful to many with injuries and a job to keep I recon. This time, I also bust 8 ribs, got air around my lung (which was also bruised) and was knocked out (no memory of my stupidity). Fortunately no concussion. It was at BPW on Kermit for Christ’s sake! In fact, my wife has enjoyed having me pinned down where she can keep an eye on me 😂 Look, I’m 67 and still loving the shred. I’m up and about and soon to take my first ride - I’m so unfit 🥵 Dyfi’s my fave and I’ll never forget the day I shared an uplift with your Todney and his mates last Autumn ribbing him about his Mullet as it was then and his mate’s personal groomer 🥳🥳🥳

Fucking low bottom brackets on new bikes! I've also had some big falls on my ebike due to this. Bloody ridiculous how low they sit. Anyway Jim best of luck in your healing.

Gutted for you Jim. Glad to see Tod got stuck on that tree in stage 3 as well… I hit it every time. If Noski hadn’t been on the piss for 3 days solid he may have got top step- going to lock him in the basement for the rest of the season 👊🏽
