These torpedo tube (i.e. roof mounted air tanks) equipped GP9s were used in commuter service around Pittsburgh, PA and Washington, D.C. pulling PAT and MARC trains. They were also used in freight service. These engines would look great in either service running around your pike. They are available in two road numbers. And these versions are painted in gold paint to pay homage to the Lionel Chessie GM50 GP7 from the 1970s.
