Absolutely Spot on Bro . I have been in Kochi for the last 14 years . I was never satisfied with the egg puffs for a long time until Supreme Bakers opened in Vytilla . It's the best egg puffs available in Kochi . It brought back the nostalgic feel of having egg puffs from my childhood in North Kerala especially Thalassery and Calicut . The best part of Supreme is that you will get fresh puffs at most times of the day .

For most Puffs is associated fond memories of childhood or youth. Their definition of the perfect puffs will be based on what they had at that times. Like for me the perfect puffs pastry should have perelfectly flaky outside but as one gets into the innermost layers they are a bit wet and soaked in the oil and masala from the filling
