I only know to cook rice, idli or dosa. Only main dishes. I don't know any side dish or gravy recipes. Since it's quarantine, I have a lot of free time. I'm learning now. hehe.

Since it's for a tv show, they get the freshest eggs. So she doesn't have to worry about bad eggs mixing into food. It's safer for us to crack the eggs into a separate bowl. To check if egg is good beforehand.

Dish looks interesting, but how to make it I don't understand your language. If you don't want to speak in English then at least put the subtitles in English. So, we are able to cook this.

You probably understood most of the ingredients they've used, just by looking at them. (tomato, eggs, bell pepper, onion, etc). So u can take note of what, how much and when they're using those veggies/eggs by watching. You can also take note of what they sauté/stir for how long. Sunflower seeds oil, gingelly oil, sesame seeds oil or mustard oil. Any one of those will work fine. Gingelly and sesame oils are from the same source. It's the processing of seeds and/or the extraction temperature of the oils, that makes the difference. The part where you'd have translation problem is, the spices. There is a scene where they provide a list of spices to be used. I'll translate that list here. (Timestamp = 02:24) Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder 2 tsp. Coriander Powder 3 tsp. Anise Seeds 1 tsp. Curry Leaves 3 twigs. About the curry leaves, you can visually refer to how much exactly they've used. And you can lessen that amount based on your preference. Ever since I was a kid, I hate biting into curry leaves while eating a dish. Not a great taste when directly bitten into. Yet I can't remove curry leaves from a recipe, as it contributes a specific aroma/flavor to the dish overall. So I lessen the amount by a little (like, 2 twigs, instead of 3?) and chop it up so small that it can't be bitten into. And around the part where they add the curry leaves, they also add a little bit of chopped coriander leaves. Coriander leaves are not a compulsory part of this recipe (which is why they didn't mention it in the main list of ingredients). Hence u can ignore it if u want.

It is actually good cooking. There is a reason they don't mention chili and coriander leaves in the ingredients list. Because it's not necessary. It's optional. They only mention the compulsory ingredients in the list.
