AlhumdullyAllah I cried so much listening to this. I have never had a relationship with anyone like this. My family is not Muslim and I took my shahadah in prison, I’m also a black man in America so we know how that goes!! But I’m often not received in the best way. But my IMAN is strong and I felt a yearning to have this type of love and companionship from my brothers because I love the Muslims for the sake of Allah. All of my brother names came from the sahaba. Including mine : 1. Zubair (me) 2. Mu’ad my other brother 3. Hudaife / my lil brother 4. Sa’ad - my bug brother / first companion to fire the arrow and my brother name sa’ad told me this back home in Ethiopia when I was 5 and still remember it till this day. Missed my childhood and Islam stories 😢❤

I first knew dr omer Suleiman usthad from a lecture at my college (IRITAQ). i am really addicted to him from his first video. I watched more than twenty of lectures within three months. i always wonder how he collects this knowledge and historical facts. may allah bless him and give him a strong tongue.

Every Ramadan I tune in to Yaqeen to hear the Ramadan series, Khutbah’s and teachings of the Hadith and learning all about our Beloved Messenger Prophet Muhammad (saws)… I am so thankful that Allah has led me to Imam Omar Suleiman’s page!! Muad Ibn Jabal was a great companion of our beloved prophet Muhammad (sal). My heart always have a great love towards Muad (RAL). Whenever I’m so weak in my religion, I remember this great man and his last conversation with our beloved prophet, before leaving Madinah. May Allah bless us those who love the companions and try to be like them in our life. This history class by Sheih Omar is so touching. Thank you Sheih for your wonderful history class.
