Kicking things off with Superlek explaining the basics of what their session will consist of. The world renound rapper was no stranger to the Muay Thai scene and took all the information in his stride. From leveraging his long limbs with boxing into knees, advancing into intricate elbow strikes both in and outside of the clinch. Finishing the warm up with Superlek’s tricks to release the leg after being caught, which was clearly no problem for The Wiz. Then it became time for the pads! Again with Wiz’s prior Muay Thai training he took to Superlek’s instructions in an instant and impressed The Kicking Machine with both his own kicks and elbow strikes.
