Tawanchai meets a really tough opponent here, a knee fighter that nullify his long range punch&kick. Both are great in this fight !

how is muay thai scored exactly, because i thought nuenglanlek narrowly won. Knees to the torso on the inside don't count as high as hard teeps and round kicks to the body?

Muay Thai is "scored" by damage. It's not about volume, or where it hits. It's about how much damage you generate at your adversary. Each round you start with 10 points, and you can only lose it by having your posture broken, damage taken. There are three pilars: strength, balance and posture. You objective is to break the opponents pilars, and, naturally, the way is by generating damage, which breaks the balance and posture, and shows strength. There is also advantage rules in Muay, which are very important especially for understanding the clinch. Tawanchai generated much more damage than Nuenglanlek, especially at the fifth round. His kicks landed perfectly and, for many times, broked Nuenglanlek posture. Also, Tawanchai landed some pretty good elbows. In the clinch, I think Nuenglanlek did better, because, at many times, he took the advantage by dominating Tawanchai's arms, and landed a lot more clean knees. But that wasn't enough. The fourth and fifth round were win by Tawanchai by a lot.
In Muay Thai the points are not all..usually fighters like Nuenglanlek in this match deserve the win cause he put a lot of work and knees, but in this case I think that the judges reward Tawanchai beacuse he shows his superiority always keeping his head away from his opponent using a lot of teeps, counter attack and a great evasive job with footwork and different skills.
