I finally did the Muay Thai class that I paid for a few days ago. And it totally KICKED MY ASS! I was on the ground half the time grappling with the oppressive Thai heat and it was only morning time. I would DEFINITELY go back though. It was a great opportunity to face the fear of embarrassment, rejection and ridicule I encountered at the end of my eighth grade year when I tried out for football (and lasted like one day) and my freshman year in high school when I ran track and almost walked off the field during the 3200 meter because I was last place and no family was there to support me. So this time my Inner Parent got to cheer my inner teen on and it was a great experience. Enjoy the Muay Thai training clips I include at the end!
