1/4th Cup Rice Flower
1 tsp Turmaric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Black Cumin Seeds
1 Cup refined Oil
Salt as per taste
Sugar as per taste
1 pinch Baking Soda
