Iv done deathstroke,darth vader,mandolorian,and spartan helmets from your templates and tutorials thanks for every thing keep up great work cant wait to keep making them....if you wanna see the pics of them please let me know how to send the pics of finished to you using your templates...awesome work from you can't wait to keep seeing more....also is there a way you could make a iron man. That is mixed with fireman saw it online figured I'd give you a idea of next project.

Appreciate the videos and the free templates. However, If I could make one suggestion it would be to make them more "User Friendly". Take a more step by step approach. I am VERY new to foam smithing as Im sure many of the people watching these videos are I found it hard to keep up with the bandit mask tutorial and in the end, I simply gave up.

I have, they have really cool designs and it may be something I am trying to work out, template wise. So be on the look out for it. Some are actually pretty close to this deathstroke helmet with a few modifications.

I am based in Texas so I don't really know the answer to that. I buy a lot of my stuff online here in the US. I know there are some sources you could probably find close to you like maybe China. A google search brought up foamtechchina. I also find mine at craft stores and home improvement stores too. You could also try going to a gym that have foam floor mats and ask who they sourced it from. You are looking for EVA, closed cell foam.
