Leisure camping morning with gourmet breakfast avocado toast.
Ingredients:
Fresh eggs
Oil
Left over cooked potatoes (see Fire Pit Potato recipe here: • Induction Camp Cooking... )
Sliced sourdough bread
Sliced avocado
Trader Joe's Everything but The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
Directions:
1) Heat up a griddle on middle heat (set induction cooktop both cookers to level 4), add oil and fry eggs sunny side up or over easy.
2) While eggs are cooking add cooked potatoes on the griddle to warm up as well as bread slices to toast
3) When everything is cooked assemble the toast: place slices of avocado on the toast, put fried egg on top, sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Serve potatoes on the side.
