Just a note about the difference between Parchment paper/Baking paper/Greaseproof paper vs Wax paper.
Parchment paper/Baking paper/Greaseproof paper: these are the same paper but different names due to where you live in the world. These type of papers are covered with a thin layer of silicone to prevent sticking during baking.
Wax paper: as the name states: contains wax and will cause your fire alarm to go off, due to the wax layer that will turn into smoke when heated. Not suitable for baking at all! It is also not moisture tolerant.
For this project ensure using Parchment paper and his friends!
