100% agreed. Tho I am just a new artist but still haven't got the amount promised by a specific University (Won't name it) even when I performed for around an hour with my original tracks. I was so disheartened for a long time. This is just how it is here

Bro u can see in the gulf majority of Pakistani business prefer hiring Indians instead of Pakistanis. Its not because of salary, but because of the attitude, also it would take ages for anyone to find a Pakistani running a grocery shop (general store) in uae. Its because Pakistanis try to run their shops in the same manner as in their own country, by which they can never compete with the other's work attitude

Though being Indian, I guess timely payments by Indians are due to the reputation of the country they want to maintain with other countrymen. If Pakistani organizer invites Indian band then they would pay on time.

Hmmm. I prefer the longer videos with more questions even if it takes time. The compilation of all the questions is more... Suitable for me who can just plug in the earphones and start doing their work. Right now, when I just start doing the work (like ironing my clothes), the video ends before I complete the shirt's collars😂 And then I have to find another video for another 5-10 minutes so I can resume that work😂. Not really a healthy cycle TBH. But personally, I prefer longer videos. And it also has a scarcity factor. If I keep listening to your answers everyday, it might get a bit uniform and boring for me.

I would recommend taking 2 questions at a time so that episode duration is 30-45 mins. It seems like a good combination as frequency of episodes can be higher while still packing a significant amount of content.

I saw your last video about education. My mother made a chemistry channel precisely based on these reasons. She was inspired by Khan Academy. "Simple Chemistry" is the name.

This happens in india too. Recentlybi was asked to write a patent and the client started telling me that you will get more work in future. I refused to do .he eas me to file patent for free of cost. The price i quoted way less than market price since he was recommended by my company MD. We wanted to do that since we thiught it could be mutually beneficial.

I think contract should be signed for these things to make it formal. Keep relationships, friendships, nationalisn etc aside when you are giving a service.

Both parties are wrong. When you sell your services contract should be in place whether the fee is $1 or $10,000. Always ask for 30% deposit and 10% non-refundable if they cancel at the last minute. If you cover yourself legally then you don't have to wait for JUMMA !!! :D

I live in Australia and its not our community or other communities its just thing here you have to be very careful about ur self have to be up front like for work now days there is hardly any full time work here most of the people doing more then one work to run their life۔ anyone will hire you by saying just start work and loads of work on the way mate and same after week or 2 week same long gap for work ۔its everyone I mean gora non gora all same ۔ but on other side you have to keep good friends near you ۔ its depends how you or they deal with you

I think it is better to make long videos as you were doing before. Your answers to 3 or 4 questions weekly is more inquisitive and engaging rather then posting it every day.

Oh my God, not being on time is so true for Pakistanis. I've been to all these functions on time, on all commitments but people just don't come. I've even left my friend's gathering because I waited for 40 minutes.

First of all thanks for making these questions in separate videos. It really takes away from the noise of overall comments and the person asking the query can also sort out answers from the comments too. Now to your question, I read a good reply on Reddit on the same question. One of the artist said that when someone suggests "exposure" as payment against any of your talent just tell them. " Okay, since you are giving me exposure, why don't you sell 500 tickets for my concert out of 100 and I'll charge you 50% for my fees. Or say why don't you sell 100 of my products with my promo code and I'll send you 5 products of your choice for free." Doing this immediately exposes these people who want things for free. Because only non professional people and scam artists suggest exposure against your talent.

prefer this format. also adds weight to the subject and then you know the discussion in the comments is on a singular topic 😊 then people who prefer longer videos, maybe there could be a playlist with autoplay on, so the videos keep going. I listen on my long drives but still prefer short videos. also makes it easier if someone isn't interested in a subject they can skip to the next video

Yes this strategy of 1 to 2 questions is better as I can keep up with the videos cause in a long form podcast you can sometimes forget to come back to watch the video plus algorithmically this is better for your channel.

Being an owner of a services based business, here something I face literally everyday. Lumber 1 Pakistani people easily pays Rs.100,000 for a Product, but they never want to pay even Rs.2000 (which is fully justified) for a service to use that product in a professional & recommended way.

Coming from UK you need to have a written contract. Just a form signed saying that they agreed to pay. Half on the day and the latter payment given by the a certain date, after which there will be penalties incurred
