yeah, but still Giygas could actually wins if the Savestate feature didn't work (or if the souls gave up due to the amount of save and load it would be to try to defeat something you can't defeat) so Giygas is most likely to win since you can't defeat him unless you pray (that means only Frisk on pacifist route and Paula would be able to kill Giygas, since they are the only ones that have good heart and can call for help)

Flowey is invincible too You can't really argue on them, they both have impressive feats

Giygas can only be destroyed by pure good, which is something Flowey does not have. Comparing Flowey to Giygas is basically comparing Barbie to Annabelle lmao.
