the best way to cure ulcers is to bathe in cold water. we often use hot water for bath and that maintains the ulcers for a longer duration. bathing in cold water instantly reduces the body temperature and hence takes the power away from the ulcers. avoid tea or use less tea powder and boil the tea less. drink more water.

For canker sores, try gargling with vinegar with salt. Leave the vinegar with salt inside the mouth for a few seconds. Repeat a few times. This treatment is painful but the sore will dry and heal quickly.

Ulcer also occur due to deficiency of vit b2 so for this we should take milk daily twice and trust me i was suffering from this problem ,so i started to take milk twice a day and finally i get rid from ulcers , trust me i can feel ur pain very well that's why i give u solution of this ,take milk twice everyday and always after 5 days u can see advantage and reply me after 5 days is it work or not bcz it's work on me...

I think i am the only one who has ulcers and cuts due to the reason of drops of sodium hydroxide..... Almost 6 7 years ago my whole mouth and tongue was burned and all tissues were damaged due to some drops of sodium hydroxide fell on my tongue...... I tried all medicines.... But didn't get my tissues back... I still have ulcers and cuts..... Please help🙏🙏

आपके नुस्खे तो ठीक ह परन्तु तुलसी की पत्तियां कभी भी चबानी नही चाहिए क्योंकि तुलसी के अंदर जो रसायन होता ह वो दांतो को नुकसान पहुंचाता ह यह दांत की इनेमल परत को कमजोर कर देते ह इससे बचने के लिए तुलसी की पती को बिना चबाये पानी के साथ निगलना चाहिए। और प्लीज् जो भी नुस्खे बताये उनके बारे में पूरी जानकारी रखें । धन्यवाद

Moov Ointment leke Jhaale par directly lagaiye khana khane se pehle phir dard ka pani nikal dijiye kuch der ke liye Raahat mil jasyegi taaki kam se kam khana thik se kha sake. Baaki time sehna hi parega jab tak khud na thik ho jasye. Mere Saath toh 100 baar se jyada huwa hai(Canker Sores Only)
