Notes of the lecture There are three types of nafs mainly: 1)Nafs-e-lawama 2)Nafs-e-mutmaeyna 3)Nafs-e-ammarah NAFS-E-LAWAMA: In Urdu it is commonly known as زمیر (The difference between right and wrong) It can grow by: 1-Reading such literature in which there is mention of malamat. (Best option is to read Quran Pak especially the 30 parah of Quran) 2-Make it a goal to read at least 5-10 ayats of Quran daily with translation,understand it and act on it. 3-Read Islamic books. (Stories of repentance,Dua acceptance,Companions of the Prophet(PBUH) etc) 4-Clean out your social media of unnecessary content. (Follow those channels that produce islamic,philosophical,productive or beneficial content) 5-Befriend pious people and try to be in a good environment. NAFS-E-MUTMAEYNA: In psychology,it is known as self-actualisation Allama Muhammad Iqbal called this the concept of خدی 1-Try to help others 2-Practice being grateful and appreciative 3-Be soft and gentle to others 4-Take part in some community service group or create your own 5-Serve your parents (At student level,you can save some of your pocket money for community service or you can stand up against someone being bullied or ridiculed NAFS-E-AMMARAH: The dark desires and aspects of you. It can be diminished by: 1-Don’t become a slave to your desires 2-Strengthen your willpower 3-Be in the company of those people who are mentally strong 4-Do physical exercises 5-Release your endorphin instead of dopamine 6-Avoid triggers(Quit music,Any series or movies with bad moral lessons etc) 7-Being in wuzu all the time 8-Follow the morning and night routine according to Sunnah 9-Keeping in mind Surah Al-Asr,build your routine 10-Pray all namaz timely 11-Show tolerance/respect especially to your parents 12-Keep your tongue wet with Dhikr Do all things for the sake of Allah,It should be your intention to please Allah. InshAllah Allah will help and guide us all. Also don’t just read this or listen to the lecture,take practical action.

As usual. I was aggrive since last 3 days , restless, unsatisfied, unhappy , ungrateful, full negativity, depressed... And then suddenly this lecture on my youtube recommendations ... This lecture is Blessing from Allah.

Alhamdulillah...Mere burey khwab band ho gaye aur mere ghar mei sukun ho gaya...mujhe andaza ho gaya ki Allah ne meri hifazat ki aur mere aas paas se harr buri sheh Durr ho gayi...Allah ke kalaam ki taqat ka andaza hua mujhe...Mein iss ghar mei bhot Qur'an ki tilawat chalu rakhti thi issliye Allah ne mujhe unke sharr se bacha liya❤

💕چھوٹی چھوٹی نیکیاں بڑی بڑی پریشانیوں کو کھا جاتی ہیں کسی کے بارے میں اچھا سوچنا بھی نیکی ہے💕

Assalamu aleykum wrwb I remember one day during the live session of Ali sir and wajih sir i wanted to ask them a question that what is the source of "Wisdom" but couldn't due to poor internet call connection and one day while going through the tafseer of Qur'an, Allah himself taught me by putting these words in my mind that "Allah is the source of wisdom" subhan Allah i was amazed and looked at my left and right as if someone is teaching me this, trust me once you get yourself connected with the Qur'an you'll never be the same person again but even better you can't even imagine of..... Qur'an is literally the perosnal sessions with Allah subhanu wa ta'ala. Aap Qur'an padhna seekh lijiye dil aur samajh ki aankho se phir har chiz aapko Qur'an sikha dega.
