Merci. Pour booter sur ma clé USB en EFI avec Ventoy, j'ai simplement désactivé le secure boot dans l'onglet sécurité. Ensuite dans l'onglet boot j'ai placé ma clé en première position, puis sauvegarde des changements et j'ai quitté le Bios. Le PC a bien redémarré sur ma clé USB, j'ai pu testé Ubuntu en session live.

can i ask is that you plugged in a USB to boot this laptop? coz i am having the error code of 0xc000000e . I am having the same laptop brand with you is that I need to download Windows 10 from the official website to an USB drive and then plug into the computer and follow your step is ok ?

For those with no CSM support, you can still boot from a usb. Just follow the instructions and skip the part of the video that says csm. Thensave and exit and shut down the computer. Physically install the USB into the port, and then hit Escape when you restart and it will ask you what you want to boot from and the USB will be there in the options.

Make sure your drive is formatted to FAT32 or it won't boot. You can convert it using a free tool like easus partition master.

@@estradariva1610 what I did was reformat my laptop and downloaded a new Windows 10 on a USB. I was glad that all of my important downloads were saved in my external drive. now I can open it again.

I'm having a problem, during installation of win 10 in my asus laptop, error message saying "Windows Cannot Be Installed To This Disk This Computer Hardware May Not Support Booting To This Disk, ensure that the disk controller enabled in the computer BIOS menu" there is no option in the BIOS for peripheral/sata devices.

If you don’t see the csm support option then you can’t boot from your usb as it won’t show from the windows boot manager, but a quick fix to this is by going to boot option 1 and disabling it. Then your usb drive will show up and you can boot from it

FOR ANYONE THAT AT THE STORAGE SECTION THERE IS A “No storage device” NOTE. I got the problem 2 weeks after buying the laptop. The only way you can fix that is getting it to a professional. There’s not something wrong with the software but with the inside of ur laptop. I sent it back to ASUS and they had to change the main board. So don’t waste your time trying fixing it by yourself
