Asalaam, aleykum i just viewed the video i did not know such schools exists maasha Allah keep up the good work. my son is a autistic. I am a teacher having studied special education and islamic education too i have always wanted to open an islamic based school for children with special needs. your ideas and advice will be highly appreciated as in my country (kenya) there are no such schools "PLEASE HELP" shukran

MashaAllah! As a mother of a special needs daughter of 1 years of age, this makes me so happy and gives me the inspiration to start something inshaAllah in the future. It is much needed and the sawaab we will get is endless.

I have special needs as well but sad to say that when I was in the Islamic class I had no help the other Muslim kids made fun of me to the point when I would just straight out cry and run from the class room after that day I never went back because I was afraid that the Muslim kids in the class would make fun of me again

Ma shaa Allaah I'm sitting here with years in my eyes as a mother of a 15 year old with special needs. I do the best I can at home, but would love for there to be a safe, judgement free place to learn her deen. I live in Egypt but will see if there's about interest in my local community because I know she's not the only one. May Allah reward you all aameen

Masha Allah! Keep up the great work. This model should be adopted in all cities. Canadian Association of Muslim with Disabilities (CAMD) and DEEN support services have been doing this type of work. We recently launched The Muneeba Centre, a facility that will offer support programs and respite services for people with disabilities. Our challenge is getting funding to run the programs. deensupportservices.ca/
