You probably know MUJI, the Japanese retail company whose design philosophy is minimalism, reducing and recycling. But did you know they have a hotel?
MUJI Hotel Ginza, Japan's first and third globally after Shenzhen and Beijing (both in China), opened in April 2019 in Ginza, Toky's upscale shopping district. It has 79 guestrooms, bar and restaurant, a multi-storey global flagship store and a design gallery.
We stayed one night at MUJI Hotel Ginza and made a tour. We show you the room with all its features. You can find all the appliances in the room at MUJI store. We also grabbed a bite at MUJI Diner, MUJI Bakery and WA Japanese Restaurant. We also visited Atelier MUJI, their design gallery. And, of course, we checked the biggest MUJI flagship store in the world.
They have WA Japanese Restaurant, a place with local specialties. Also, MUJI Diner, MUJI Bakery and a Salon. They also have the largest MUJI store in the world, with six floors, where you can buy groceries, men, women and kids' wear, cosmetics, bags, stationery, home appliances, books and furniture.
