In Indonesia, the way to make fried rice is by sautéing thinly sliced red onion and garlic, stir-fry until you can smell the aroma, then add the scrambled eggs and then add the cooked rice, stir until evenly distributed. then add sweet soy sauce to the fried rice READY 😍🤩
