Oh also I have to add, the "ice" that they are eating is actually a edible sugar glass for the movies for smashing glasses and whatnot in movies and TV shows. Over the years of course they have changed it up using resin silicone molds with all kinds of edible glitters & colors to make it all look so real. Of course anyone who does actually eat the ice, if you get some kind of mouth guard that can hold any kind of thin palate to keep the roof of your mouth warm, you can avoid brain freeze! As soon as you start to get brain freeze you cover the roof of your mouth with your tongue and it warms it up 😅
