This ecoboost 1 litre 3 cylinder engine won global engine award and it was not manufactured in India thats why the parts are expensive but kudos to the team for solving the problem🙏

3 cylinder engines are problematic , Chevy beat n ford eco boost, are 3 cylinder , meanwhile ford fiesta titanium is real hell ,her parts are more expensive then endeavour😀

Hats off to you in identifying such problems, your experience says it all.People tend wash their engine with very high presure when they visit washing centre. Don't expect a washer to be professional engineer in automobile technology . In the end you end up paying such high price for repairs.

Yeh direct injection engine Ka problem hai, valve down ho jate gain kyon ki petrol direct cylinder main inject hota hai na ki valve ke upar se . Isi liye valve par carbon deposit ho jata hai. Aage chalke yeh Kaafi common problem hoga VW , Skoda aur Hyundai KR turbo direct injection gaadion main

Meri gadi me almost same problem, engine me knocking hai aur engine pickup chor deti hai aur ab kuch din se white smoke bhi aane lagi hai , to kya wo gadi aaj slowly 200-300 km chala ke repair karwane ke layak hai kya ?

I thing I could not understand. How you suspected that it could be EGR fault? Another thing, if EGR valve is not working properly, a fault code is supposed to trip, but it didn't happened.
