Hi, the following is the recipes, enjoy:
- 350g of Berries 桑葚果
- 320g white sugar or brown sugar 糖
- 1/2 lemon juice 柠檬汁
- 1 tbspn honey 蜜糖
- cook under high heat until a lot of bubbles, let it boil for 10 mins
(this will evaporate excess water and concentrate the juice)
- tune to lower heat while testing out the texture with a cold plate (from the freezer)
- let it cool down and pour into a clean jar (rinse with boiling water)
- store in the fridge overnight before use.
- can be kept for 2 weeks (only use a dry spoon to take it.
