Mule Corn Cakes lands at a solid 6.4 on the power level scale. He has the raw power to take on most TF2 Freaks but is dependent upon his hammer to do so. His emergency power trades the usual invulnerability for an increased damage output in the form of an on-demand kritzkrieg effect which could have its advantages in certain situations. This does make him somewhat of a glass cannon and, coupled with the aforementioned reliance on a melee weapon, could put him in some pretty tough situations especially when fighting Freaks who are intelligent enough to take advantage of his burst-window limitation. He does have another advantage in that he is socially intelligent which he can use to charm and avoid confrontations altogether with stronger opponents.
