This is actually a really interesting concept, if you could fix the wave parts with the dual, maybe make the gameplay a bit harder instead of just sliding across the angles you could add dash orbs or something like that, but any other way this would be insane!

In my opinion (wait that will piss off at least ten people on twitter for no reason) The first 3x Wave at the beginning; the memory Ship near the end, along with the transition into the ship from wave; the first Ball section; the cube and robot gameplay after said ball, and the final UFO are the hardest parts for me, along with the Dual Wave because I suck at wave.
