Zia bhai this is wonderful. We have lots of Saraiki speaking immigrants in Delhi who actually call themselves Multani. I'm assuming because they are from the area around Multan. Also, in Delhi we make phalsa ki kulfi as well as sharbat. It's my favorite summer treat! Also what you are calling shaami is very different from what we call shaami in India.
