Thanks for the videos. I also like to use the marine (with glue) heat shrink. I put at least 1/2” past each butt joint. And I like to put a larger shrink tube over both wires and staggered butt joints. The spark plug with the groves on it that you can feel with your finger nail is from the high voltage electrons traveling outside the spark plug to ground cutting the ceramic portion instead of running through the spark plug in the engine. Thanks again for your videos! Phil

It just amazes me how folks can make such lousy repairs and don't understand why they don't last. I guess that's one of the things that keeps you in business. Personally when I buy a used vehicle one of the thing I inspect very closely is the wiring. If it's been cut into I almost always pass. Keep the good stuff coming.

I just replaced a connector on my ram. The clip was broken, so I just pushed the pins out and put a new connector in. I love watching the videos they are very educational.

Proof AGAIN a very careful visual before moving things around can be well worth a minute or so. That marine ? grade heat shrink is the best way to go IMO. ANOTHER good video.👍👍

Hey Kenny. If the coil has a magnet in it which can be checked with an other magnet outside of the coil, you will have to observe the stock wiring polarity as a reversed wiring polarity to the coil will reduce spark energy instead of boosting the energy! The coils used in some Ford cars used a magnet inside the coil body to increase spark energy.
