I went to Korea this summer and discovered tanghulu and ate so many of them! Nowadays my mom makes it and my favorite is definitely oranges. (I ALREADY KNOW ITS A CHINESE SNACK)

Its actually not hard, its crispy! But depends on who makes it though, the stores sell really light and crispy ones that are just perfect

Just for you to know you don't do what she did after you cover it with with sugar you get a plate of water with ice and you put the tanghulu in it then you wait a little bit and then you can eat it or maybe she did it but she dint showd it ❤❤

I tried it and it was so good If you are a beginner make sure you take these points in consider . The fruit should be fully dry . let the syrup sit until it turns light amber . dont use fruits that absorb liquid Eg banana apple etc

That how you do it! (There are "hacks" around, dont do them, dishes melt and explode due to how hot the sugar is. Its only safs in a metal pot)

This didn’t work for me but this did Fruit 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of corn syrup Set the stove to 275 to 300 degrees (it wants to get a Carmel color Put it in an ice bath for about 10 seconds take it out to cool Hope this helps❤️
