pin point, dead center, spot on Lets see. This house is. Standard. Boring. Cold. The decor is cheap looking. And it needs more and bigger windows because I like natural light. The best part about it is the marble floors and the pool. I hate contemporary decor.

Houses in Florida are so cold looking they just look so plane the only stunning thing about this house is the entrance pòol and kitchen Victorian houses have way more character

would be interesting to see the cost to keep that and others running per month. There is a reason so many are selling their Mansions. Housing market dropped a lot. Taxes went to the roof. The cost to live in something even if it is beautiful would cost about 30 grand. So on top of having something so nice you pay at least 360 grand a year to be happy in it.

Multi Mil? no. From what I see it should be valued at 1.5 at most. I see water beyond the landscape next to the pool. If its ocean front then maybe Multi Mil.
