I hope he gets more help.😢 I admire his determination for a dry place and a roof. He also has land for growing food, water, electricity, and 2-3 adorable pups. He has way more than I do after 45 years of teaching in the USA. Good for him! Lord, bless his soul and prosper him. Allow him to enjoy his home in health, love, wisdom, and happiness.🙏🏽

You're very creative! Just a few suggestions... If you glued a thin strip of wood or cardboard on each edge before cutting the bamboo mats it would be simpler to handle and cause less fraying. You would cut right between the strips.

Must be nice to live in a country that doesn't require building permits, inspections and regulations on electrical and plumbing. You can even build on dirt, without any foundation!! And people on the internet will tell you how great you are.
