This drama had everything except happiness. Such a traumatic life. All the suffering she went through .. my heart aches.

I was just thinking how I want a new Yu Xiao Wan drama, and here it is ♡ First warning, this is an angst drama. It's not the usual sadomasochism drama with cheating and constant physical abuses (there's still some kind of abuses, though), but the ML is equally incompetent as those sadomasochism drama MLs. If you're looking for a happy ending, skip this one. But even if "everyone" get sad ending, I personally love it. The drama is worth watching, just for the heartwarming (and heartbreaking) mother and son relationship of FL and her son. There are still some shortcomings (like wth of having bodyguards but not using them at the most critical moment?!?) but all in all I love it. 8 (more precisely 7.8) out of 10
