This is a low-budget, low-quality and poorly edited costume production (even has a modern day production mixed in). Acting wise this won’t win any prizes. FL is ridiculously weak and naive and then suddenly not. Not to mention her father who isn’t able to fight off a woman trying to strangle him. Well, there are many good productions out there, so I’ll move on. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! In ancient times, FL is framed by her half-sister and FL’s fiancé and is almost raped by a man arranged by her. But suddenly a man (ML) with a sword appears, scaring everyone away. Since he later faints, FL takes him to a secluded place. Unfortunately, the man is drugged with an aphrodisiac and FL ends up detoxifying him. The next day ML returns to the Palace, since he is actually a Prince. He orders for the owner of the jade-pendant he found after FL left and the person responsible for drugging him. FL returns to her mansion, only to be flogged for losing her innocence and dictated to marry an old man, arranged by her step-mother. But this ML isn’t going to let FL slip through his fingers. Well, this has a happy ending.
