2 жыл бұрынKuchinta or Kutsinta is a sticky rice cake. This is one of the most popular Filipino Snacks and you learn how to cook this you can also use this for business. Watch the cooking video to learn the recipe.
recipe
750 grams glutinous rice powder/flour
250 grams rice powder/flour
5 cups water/ pandan water
3-4 cups white sugar or brown sugar
2 tbspn lye water
1/4 cup annato seeds or 2 tbspn annato powder soak in 1/2 cup warm water
(atsuete)
oil for greasing
silicone mould size 10 inches diameter by 2 inches
Pandan water boiled 6 cup of water with 5 pcs pandan leaves and let it cool completely before using it
