i needed to express this feeling through a video so here i hope you like it

Anger gave me the strength to change my life. Anger save me from the depths of despair. Anger is my power, my strength and my shield, my sword and spear. Whenever someone tells me that I should let it go, I say go to hell you’ve never been where I’ve been. Fear, anger and love the best motivations if you can learn to combined all three you’re unstoppable.

I almost beat Mt brother to death any times not to mention the other people over done the same to when they pissed me off and gave me a reason to put my hands on them sometimes I scare myself when I fly off the handle ive worked on it more than anyone could ever belive but sometimes the smallest thing will sete off and make me want to grad the person that is closest to me and go to town ive finally gotten to the point that you can't even tell if im mad or not but the thoughts are still there
