Just found out that tankers are client-sided, so other players will not be able to see any tanker you spawn.

No, Vo got lucky as he found a free hosting service. Alex may not be able to find such a service. Plus, Alex already mentioned that he doesn't have experience in network systems.

Theoretically none, but realistically it depends on your hardware.

It can't be, as the latest version that supports code mods is 1.25.1, which is the version TFSMP is based off of.
