Multiple Departments Responding, Whitehall Fire, Multi-Alarm Commercial Structure Fire, 6-15-2024

At approximately 10:05 hours on June 15th, Whitehall Fire and Skenesborough EMS were dispatched to a reported commercial structure fire at Champlain Beef just south of the Village of Whitehall. Whitehall Fire Car 48 was first to arrive on scene, confirming a working commercial structure fire with live power wires on the structure. Numerous departments from Washington County NY and Rutland County VT were requested to the scene for manpower and water supply. Units were on scene throughout the day on June 15th, extinguishing the large blaze after a multiple hour firefight.

I was stuck in this traffic about 300 yards from the blaze. Amazing watching this equipment roll in and out.

It's really shocking how many people don't regularly check their mirrors. I also think a lot of people assume that if the siren isn't on then they don't have to pull over.

Great video of the water shuttle !! Didn't see any Warren County units in the video ? Wonder why they didn't utilize any Warren County departments ? I know a couple were on standby assignment .I'm sure they could have used more 💦 And thank u for your efforts on this one
