I had the opportunity to work with Dylan, and that guy is very bright! When he puts his mind to something, he'll get it! I remember he told me he was going to buy an RV park, and around a couple of weeks later, he had one under contract.

There’s a lot of nuance to this. It depends on the property, location, and your specific return expectations but shoot for 9%+. If you’re able to get double digits, in a desirable market, even better!

There's nothing rookie about having 209 units and multiple partners in 6 years. You guys are out of touch with actual real estate rookies. Unless you're running out of content you got to stick with underdog stories as this just seems like a flex from a multi-millionaire.

I understand your concern. This episode aims to educate Rookies about an alternative asset class. Unfortunately, we didn't have Rookies with 1-2 campgrounds available for this episode. While we focus on Rookie Stories, sometimes we feature more experienced individuals to provide the best and most current knowledge so Rookies can make the best investing decisions.

I actually know Dylan personally and while he is a multi-millionaire now, he has a heart for folks just starting in the game. He's the same guy I met 4 years ago just a lot richer and smarter lol

Most RV parks/campgrounds follow hotel and inn keeper laws, meaning if someone doesn’t pay you’re able to call the police and have them removed for trespassing rather than filing evictions.
