It's cool a lot of character have a cell-shaded skin. But wait…. Why do they lose the animated keyword when they wear the Tooniverse Skin? You’d think if anything that would add the Animated keyword to characters who weren't already animated.

As far as I'm aware, most things that are available through battle pass or other event rewards will be purchasable in the shop after the event ends.
