I like how a bunch of this is just Joker reminiscing about the old days. Officially, Joker and Bugs debuted the same year (1940).

Fun fact, in the Justice League Action episode Watchtower Tours. Booster Gold learns that one woman in the tour group was actually the Joker in disguise. He states that he got the idea from an old Bugs Bunny cartoon, and as we all know, Bugs is known for dressing in drag multiple times.
