Tina is the only mom i have seen carrying both elder and younger baby...though she couldn't nurse her babies well...she shows lots of love to her child...she is a great mum..

Tina is indeed a very loving and caring mom, she prioritized her kids safety, cuddles and groom them, though grabed foods on them there is more than milk, the genuine love she is giving her kids that will help her kids survive life.

It would seem Tina's new little one is more accustomed now to not getting milk all the time. Now I get why Tiny could hardly get around in the beginning. This baby is soooo small!!! It's interesting to see how being low man on the totem pole even dictates the health and advancement of your babies.

5:26 That monkey is about to walk around Tina but doesn’t realize there is a little turtle head sticking out of Tina’s bum....so she walks by and grazes the poop before it eventually falls to the floor. Kudos to Tina for carrying a baby on her belly, one of her back and pooping at the same time! Geez, and I thought us Human mom’s had it hard!

♦It’s hard to understand, re Tina’s fluctuating temperament, just when I begin to like her, she does some sort of terrible mistreatment to her baby. Then visa versa, I get to where, I just can’t stand her & all of a sudden, she takes a turn & shows a good side🤷‍♀⁉⁉⁉

See Tina s fur ? That is long term malnutrition .... I don't know how old she is , but she has spent most of her life malnourished ..tiny s fur Isn't Like her s. Hopefully it never will be. .. But it takes years to become that malnourished like Tina she should be fixed so she can't have any more babies.. I think tiny survives cause he had such a strong will to survive . And he kept himself from not starving to death not his Mom

In the ongoing debate on who is the better mum between Gypsy and Tina: here, we see Tina carrying two of her kids, one is a baby. Gypsy rarely carries one, especially as they get older and at some point completely ignores them. I don’t like what Tina does when she steals food from the younger ones, but she truly cares about her kids and never forgets them. Gypsy literally pushes them away and ignores them. Tina is the better mum.

I'm not sure it's because he is lazy as much as she is a very good mom and knows he is still small and cant keep up if she has to run away. She isn't the first rhesus i have seen do exactly that when they are traveling from one place to the next.

I wonder why Tiny allows Tiny to catch a back ride so freely especially for such long periods of time knowing he's very well capable of walking on his own at his age. Tina's new baby has those same eye lids like Tiny and Bobbin had.. (Those lids always make them look "sad" lol) Absolutely Adorable IMO...I sure wish Tiny was able to get some of the handout ;( At first he sat there patiently looking at his mum hoping a piece would fall but unfortunately it was a piece corn and there isn't much that would fall anyway. Since they were sitting high on a poll, if anything did manage to fall Tiny wasn't able to grab anything..

2:46 I am a bit confused as this mom seems to have that symbol on her chest however she is breastfeeding so I would assume she isn't sterile, I just thought when they had the ink on them that it meant they were sterilized?

I noticed this too but I'm assuming just like with humans when the woman's tubes are tied it doesn't always work. I'm not sure what method they are using for sterilizing the females but this one appears to have gotten around it. Mother nature at it's best. Can't hold her back no matter how hard you try!!

dee wilson No ore than Nature dictates. Lower ranking monkey’s have more babies as their low rank probably dooms some babies to die before reaching a year in age (lack of feeding opportunities to produce the necessary milk needed by the baby). Higher ranking females have the luxury of taking a year off as they have ample access to food & higher ranking females & her siblings will from time to time,”kidnap” lower ranking babies from their low ranking Mom’s & keep them from nursing, thus killing the lower ranking babies. That’s Mother Nature & how it works, nothing you, I, or anyone else can do abt it. Unless...humans interfere & sterilize females like that do in HK. Males will be forced to leave the troop when they reach sexual maturity @ around age 4-5. If they make friends w/other males, then they have a better chance of survival than those leaving alone. That’s what the play time is all about w/the males when they’re babies, plus it helps them develop the means to become Alpha’s in the future. Females will stay w/ the Mom’ s throughout their lives

Is that that male sitting to the right of her while she's eating her corn the one that's making that whining noise. If so why is he doing that. Does he not want her to eat. She seems really nervous eating. She's looking all around turning and she finally gets up and moves below and they follow her. I hate when that happens. These are the most jealous and greedy monkey I've ever seen. Poor thing is carrying two babies and she can't even eat a eat if corn in peace. Makes you just want to grab her up and protect her while she eats. I have a soft heart especially when bullies come around.😊🤗

She had moments food thievery has cost her children set backs. I believe they would have starved to death but they both figured out having food around mom turns her into a selfish monster. Teeny is so tiny here. She didn’t learn to run away from other monkeys she ran to run away from mom when she has food. I thought she was a great mom until I witnessed her being abusive biting teenys cheeks shaking her because she wanted to keep her food. Tina cleans her sacs dry. She’s on my wtf your a mothers?!?! List. Lost my support. She’s even left tiny and hides in a bush when older monkeys were checking out why he was crying for her. She uses them to get the food then thieves whatever they had to fight for out there. She’s a not so good mom.
