I am from Rajasthan Alkaji... The ker sangri is a very authentic sabji of rajasthan and even gatte ki sabji.... Ker sangri is my favourite n also all rajasthanis favoutite.... Nice vlog... Keep it up. 👍

Your videos of Thali always makes me hungry. Among all thalis I personally like the Gujarati version. I am a Maharashtrian and hence don't prefer to have the same food which we prepare at home. Rajasthani thali is also good but slightly more spicy. Gujarati is more on sweet note. Love your content and your style of keeping things simple and honest.😊🥰😋Happy eating..

Perfect place for veg thali food lovers 😋😋😋. Both thali food items look quite yummy & tempting. As far as cooking on coal is concerned almost 90% restaurant & dhabas in jharkhand & 60% in my native state Bihar are cooked in coal. Thanks for uploading this vlog 👍👍👍👍

Cooking on coal is healthy as we all know and you will find few places in Mumbai where curries and gravies are cooked on coal but never saw phulkas in such a way earlier.... Interesting 🥰

@@explorewithalka come to my native place Patna, Bihar there you can see that most of the restaurants & mess specially in students area,they cook all the food items including rotis & fulkas on the coal.Also the tea is prepared on coal & they taste so yummy (saundha) 😋😋😋

Hi Alka! Was wondering how come your video didn't come in 2-3 days. Just saw this Chetna Restaurant Thali's. Rajeshahi Thali seemed tempting, with Brinjal sabji, and Aloochi padhpadh, looking delicious. Toping it all was the Masalebhat, which I just love it. In Rajesthani Thali too I loved the preparation except for Dal-bati Churma & Gatte ki Subji.( which I had tried recently on two occasions but at both times disliked it). You have tempted us to visit it tomorrow, Sunday itself, though it might be a little far from my place . Thank you so much for sharing. Regards.

Dono thali bahot achhe aur tasty lag rahe hain Alka. Kudos to u n ur team for covering everything so well. Ek question poochna tha aapko. Kya saare dishes mein lasoon hai? I like garlic par thoda mild. Maine pehle thali try kiya tha Aswad mein par har ek sabji mein kaafi saara lasoon tha toh itna enjoy nahi kar saki. Baaki aaoke videos toh hamesha zabardast hi hote hain 🙌

Kuch dishes mein strong garlic flavour hai jaise dal bati wali dal and that red chutney baki me to mostly balanced hi tha. But I strongly recommend the Rajeshahi Thali if you like Marathi food 😊🙏

ये गुजराथी मारवाडी दक्षिण भारतिय थाली के टेबल बहुत छोटे होते है चार थाली मुश्किल से बैठती है. मुह से या हाथसे गिरा हूवा दुसरे की थाली मे गिरनेकी जबरदस्त संभावना होती है.और ये मारवाडी गुजराथी आल्तूफाल्तू के पदार्थ ज्यादा परोसते है चाहे थाली 100 रुपिये की हो या ठाक्कर की 600 रुपिये वाली.

Rishi panchami 2nd day on ganesh chaturthi rushichi bhaji alooche panachi bhaji with all mix mostly all types of beans, corn and leafy veggy.. It is not on first day.

@@explorewithalka i watched the video. You look stunning and beautiful in the marathi saree. I know that guy i had seen that guy on zee marathi. I am not arguing with you. I just want to tell you that there is on second day that is on rushi panchami in every marathi household who bring ganpati at home makes rushichi bhaji. It is made of mix vegetables which is grown in that month on kokan land. Especially alluchi panachi bhaji in it. Aluchi bhaji is almost cooked everyday during ganpati festivals. I will suggest you to try rushichi bhaji. You will feel heaven on earth while eating it.

Alka eating Phulka!! LOL. On a serious note, the food loos totally exotic and mouthwatering. The restaurant is super clean and the workers are looking real professionals. once again, India is centuries ahead if not milleniumwhen it comes to delicious vegetarian food. No other country even comes to close second. India's vegetairan cuisine proves that it is the most conscious and humane culture and it also proves that Indians are the most compassionate and righteous people. there is absolutely no reason to eat non vegetarian food under any circumstances.

I mostly eat phulkas daily in my meals 🤔 Yesss...India is definitely superrrr when it comes to delicious and healthy vegetarian food.
