Hi Alka! Actually I am an ardent fan of yours. I religiously follow your exquisite food vlogs. But here, I beg your pardon, the first thing which I disliked her was the ordinary sitting arrangement. Food is one thing, which I never ever criticize. Lot many people are a fan of Undiyon ki sabji, whereas I am totally not. Again one more subji I am not a fan of is the Gatte ki subji. Other things like the mutter ki bhaji, Kadi, rice, and dal looked good. Lekin.....the sitting ambience has put me off, for visiting this place, even though, it's quite close to my residence. But I must praise you for sharing, since other's, who may be fond of these two subji's might visit here. Thanks for sharing. Warm Regards.

Yes, I agree that the sitting arrangement is ordinary and thats the reason I have shown it for viewers to decide whether it is okay for them to try there. The food is also very simple. It is a budget thali for people who like to have homely gujrati food the best part being it is unlimited and overcrowded by gujrati people though everyone may not like it.

No Punjabi will eat this food . No onion , no garlic, no ginger, sweet dal and thin dal . But is definitely very cheap.

All punjabi dishes taste same as its made from same gravy of onions and Garlick , plus they don't use green vegetables. Any way not all gujarati Dal is sweet as you proceed north wards or towards saurashtra Dal is not sweet. Since South gujarat is Sugarcane growing area its use is wide spread

This is simple plain gujrati food which is healthy and hygienic, Punjabi foods are different it's rich and heavy can't eat daily in restaurant

@@mehulpatel1425 Gujju breakfast food is fried besan and some fried soaked in sugar maida jalebi and so is evening snack , some fried besan . Ice cream sandwich is another Gujju invention 😂

Punjabis eat many varieties of lentils , have many ways of cooking vegetables and eat plenty of leafy vegetables almost daily . Get your self educated on non Gujarati food . For an outsider Gujarati food is mostly " besan, besan , and more fried steamed besan and sugar in almost everything " . FYI common Punjabi leafy vegetables 1. Sarson as saag 2. Bathua as saag and in raita 3. Palak cooked in many many ways . 4. Methi 5. mooli leaves . Is your choice to add butter and ghee . Gujarat sells tons of butter,ghee , icecream to entire India . Can't lecture much on health. 😂
